 HZ-20型混凝土钻孔取芯机/取芯机厂家/钻孔机价格/取芯机价格/钻孔机厂家主要有两个用途,一是水平面钻孔用,适用于道钉安装, 路桩安 装,桥梁钻孔,集成房屋桩基钻孔等,已广泛应用于交通工程公司,中铁集团,集成房屋公司等单位;二是取芯用,适用于路面取芯做试验用,已广泛应用于各地检测中心。钻机采用本田汽油发动机为动力,具有外观美观、结实耐用、启动方便、运转可靠、操纵简便，配备市场上人造金刚石簿壁钻头，适合钻取混凝土，水泥，沥青路面，岩石等多种物质，并可配置电打火装置。zui大钻孔取芯直径：∮200mm zui大钻孔取芯深度： 550mm 650mm 700mm 功率： 5.5马 8.5马力 9马力 10马力 12马力 13马力 操作规程 　　1）为保证安全正常工作，使用前先阅读使用说明书，熟悉钻机的结构和使用方法。 　　2）钻机行走到需要工作的位置后，将行走轮向后摆动180度，并操纵手柄使行走轮与方向轮离开地面，调整四只调节螺栓，使底座稳妥地置于工作位置上，此时底座平面离地。 　　3）把钻机立柱与升降丝杆擦干净，调整好主轴位置。 　　4）将水泵接上水源，并向加水桶加水，以保证给水泵能正常给水工作。 　　5）安装上钻头。 　　6）按汽油发动机使用说明书要求，检查调整发动机各个部位，处于正常状态，可以启动发动机。开始钻孔取芯。 使用注意事项 　　1、 钻机钻孔时，应手感阻力不大，切削平稳，钻时进给速 度为 4-5m/min 左右当钻孔接近完毕时， 由于切削力的改 变，钻孔有些震动，此时要适当降低进给速度，当切削 完毕时，应立即快速提升钻头直至刃口脱离工作，并关闭钻机和切断水源。 　　2、 整个钻进过程必须保持充分水冷却 　　3、 钻孔中和钻孔结束快速提升钻头时，不得停车，而应待 钻头刚刚脱离工作时，停止主轴旋转，再将钻头提升。 　　4、 钻进中，如发现钻头卡住，应迅速将钻头提升一段，然 后再慢慢钻入，切忌硬性钻进而打坏钻头。 5、 如钻进过程中，电机温度超过 70℃，应暂时停机，待冷 却后再使用。 　　6、 拨动开关钮，正向转动操作手柄，使钻头慢慢接触混凝土表面，待钻头刀部入槽后，方可加压进钻。 7、 如在钻进过程中，出现钻头不能钻进，钻头表面金刚石 部分没有全部露出，需用强磨耗材料（如耐火砖，砂轮 等）开刃，时钻头表面曾金刚石*露出，此时用手模表面层，由毛糙感，方可进钻。
